OMNIA AI Agent – Now Live
Few months ago we announced our AI vision – a visionary path to innovate beyond simple DePIN RPC nodes or conversational AI, with the goal to empower individuals to deploy autonomous AI agents that operate in a fully decentralized manner.
We relentlessly delivered on this roadmap, by subsequently introducing $OMNIA token utility within the main DePIN nodes dashboard. See more details about $OMNIA token value accrual strategy in this article here.
Later on, we launched OMNIA AI Brain platform, a crucial puzzle component in the grand vision – to ensure highly capable, degen-style, crypto-infused capabilities for any web3 AI Agent. The master brain being grounded in real-time with on-chain data thanks to our highly used RPC services, in a similar way how Elon Musk’s Grok can deliver real-time insights on Twitter/X content.
All the premium feature that will be available through AI Agent or AI Brain platforms will be gated through $OMNIA token based access.
First step – Launching our own AI Agent
Today we launched the v0.1 version of our own AI Agent. For now the agents can autonomously handle its own short term and long term memory, handle its communication channels on Twitter/X and Telegram.
Soon, the OMNIA Agent will have the capability to manage its own web3 wallet, and independently decide how to use the funds of the wallet. Through advanced and complex skills (available through upcoming no-code AI agent builder) it can do almost anything you can imagine, on-chain and off-chain, for example running its own fundraising strategy on Twitter/X and convincing investors to raise capital.
What is DeFAI ?
It’s the combination of DeFI + AI.
Imagine this – the current state of technology can allow much more than a conversation black box that just responds to your questions. It can actually take actions either on your behalf or on its own. These actions can be actual trading, thus thriving in highly competitive DeFI landscape while leveraging alpha. It’s the alpha information that changes the game.
What kind of alpha ? you may ask… well, all publicly available data (on-chain transactions, public mempool) and also some private mempool / order flow information to understand and identify the most profitable patterns on chain : which addresses are smart buyers and usually make profits, when they buy, when they sell etc.
Gigabytes of data processed in a matter of seconds and taking quality trading decisions for you or for its own strategies.
Extending AI Agents capabilities and skills – for everyone
As we already mentioned it, we are cooking something – OMNIA’s own no-code platform to build AI Agents.
But why is that needed ? Because most of the current AI Agents platforms such as elizaOS / Virtuals /etc are either overly simplified (open-source, prioritizing rapid adoption) or black-boxes (closed-source) serving some vendor specific goals. There is no public and open marketplace to build, monetize, acquire highly complex AI Agents skills.
While there are a lot of so-called “clients” or actions that an AI Agent can do (think about these “clients” as hands/interfaces to the outer-world) – the brain that controls those arms needs to be smarter.
The pitfall is very simple : garbage in, garbage out. This means that the quality of data and the input into those “hands” doing the external actions must be orchestrated by better processes, multi-agent workflows etc. All of this can be achieved by doing drag-and-drop moves and not writing a single line of code.
