We are expanding our team and looking to hire an experienced community & Social Media Manager to help us grow our ecosystem, generate awareness and handle communication of our company, product and vision.

Social Media Manager
The ideal candidate is witty, meme-centric, crypto-loving, trend-tracking and has excellent communication skills. This is a full-time, fully-remote role.
You will spend the majority of your day creating content & engaging Twitter, Telegram, answering DM’s, responding to comments and jumping into relevant threads and trends.
You will work with our designers to create visual content and spend your day engaging with Crypto Twitter and beyond. You may also be required to support efforts on Telegram, Discord, Reddit, Facebook and LinkedIn.
The main objective for this role is to boost OMNIA’s community engagement on social media and increase our brand awareness.
As a social media manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Build and execute strategy to grow our community (AMAs, polls, giveaways, influencers, etc.)
- Manage accounts on various social media platforms, including, but not limited to, Twitter, Telegram, Facebook, Youtube, Discord, Forums, etc.
- Creating and publishing content on all social media platforms, including Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Linkedin and Facebook
- Grow engagement on social media platforms, mostly on Twitter and Telegram
- Build brand awareness
- Oversee community metrics, produce reports & measure results
- Launch influencers & third party communities activation activities
- Moderate all user-generated content, according to moderation policy
- Collaborate with other team members to sync announcements, identify and coordinate key actions
- Determine if community engagement is healthy using analytics tools
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in blockchain, and cryptocurrency managing active social media accounts
- Strong knowledge of the space and how people engage on crypto Twitter
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Twitter, Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn and Facebook
- You have a good feeling for memes and trends on social media
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and industry
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Nice to have
- 3+ years of Marketing experience
- Technical understanding of high-level concepts in blockchain — nodes, transactions, JSON RPC API, etc.
- Good understanding of privacy within the digital realm and solutions such as Tor, Nym, Monero, Tornado Cash, etc.
